Accident involving semi-trailer blocks Grafton Road

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WBOY) — A crash involving a semi-truck is blocking traffic on the south side of Grafton Road in Monongalia County Friday afternoon.

Shortly before 12:45 p.m., the Monongalia County Emergency Management Agency posted a notice on its official Facebook page that Grafton Road at the I-68 overpass would be closed “until further notice.”


A West Virginia 511 camera shows a semi-truck blocking half of Grafton Road, and the 511 map shows the traffic jam.

12 News called Monongalia County 911 but was told there was no information about injuries resulting from the accident.
