Ferrell arrested for OVWI and OVWI endangerment | News

On Friday, July 5, 2024, at approximately 11:57 p.m., Marshall County Dispatch broadcast a report of a single-vehicle rollover crash with unknown injuries on Plymouth Laporte Trail south of Sage Road. Marshall County officials responded. During the crash investigation, the driver and sole occupant showed signs of alcohol intoxication. Timothy E. Ferrell of South Bend was booked into the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
