Man wanted after robbery at gas station in Lexington: Police

LEXINGTON, Kentucky (FOX 56) – A gas station in Lexington was robbed Sunday and police are searching for the person responsible.

According to police, the robbery occurred shortly before 11 a.m. at Thornton’s near Georgetown Road and Nandino Boulevard. The perpetrator was described as a man wearing black pants and a white shirt.


Officials said the man was last seen in the area of ​​Georgetown Road and New Circle Road. He left the gas station with an undisclosed amount of cash and alcohol.
