Horror moment: child is attacked at a watering hole

Shocking footage has emerged of a man allegedly attacking several people, including a 13-year-old girl, at a popular Queensland pub.

Queensland Police have launched an investigation after receiving multiple reports of assaults in Blackman’s Gap in the Boyne Valley, about an hour’s drive from Gladstone, Queensland, at around 2pm on Saturday.

According to the Courier Mail, a man in his 40s was at the waterhole with his dog when it attacked another dog.

The man then turned on the group of onlookers after several people confronted him about allegedly attacking his own dog.

A video recorded by a bystander shows the man allegedly pushing women against rocks.

Police confirmed to NCA NewsWire that the man allegedly attacked several people, including a 13-year-old girl.

She suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Photos sent to Courier Mail also show the injuries of a woman with blood on her face after she was allegedly attacked by the man.

A police spokesman said the man then got out of the watering hole in a car and officers would continue to search for him as part of their investigation.

No charges have been filed at the time of publication.
