FL report about missing child: Baby could be accompanied by a woman travelling north

According to police, 10-month-old Abnel Develon was last seen on Thursday in West Palm Beach. Police are asking the public for help in locating him.

WEST PALM BEACH, FL — Florida authorities issued a missing person report Saturday evening for a 10-month-old boy who may have been in the company of a woman traveling north.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement said the child, Abnel Devalon, was last seen Thursday in West Palm Beach. He is approximately 2 feet tall, weighs 15 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

Authorities said Abnel may have been in the company of 38-year-old Felicienne Azor-Devalon of West Palm Beach. The two may have been heading north to Indiana, officials said.

According to the warning, Azor-Devalon is 1.65 m tall and weighs about 82 kg.
