TUCSON, Arizona (13 News) – The FBI is asking the public for help in obtaining identifying information on an unidentified man, John Doe, 48, who may have important information regarding the identity of a minor victim in an ongoing sexual exploitation investigation.

Authorities said 48-year-old John Doe is described as a white male between the ages of 45 and 65 with dark hair and a gray beard. He has a tattoo on both forearms.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children first captured video of the unidentified man John Doe (48) in December 2023. He can be seen in the back seat of a Nissan NV Cargo Van (built in 2018-2019) wearing a blue T-shirt and a dark-colored hat. In the video, he can be heard speaking English.

The public is reminded that no charges have been filed in this case and that the person depicted is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
