Man found shot to death on South Sunset Drive, Winston-Salem police say

WINSTON-SALEM, NC (WGHP) — Police are investigating a homicide in Winston-Salem.

Shortly after midnight on Thursday, police received a call about a shooting on South Sunset Drive. When they arrived at the scene, they found 28-year-old John Wesley Ingram dead from apparent gunshot wounds. The address they were called to was also Ingram’s home address.

This is an ongoing investigation.
