Man charged with sexually abusing girl in Lake Hallie | Crimes and Courts

CHIPPEWA COUNTY (WQOW) – A man is accused of sexually assaulting a child in Chippewa County.

Curtis Vaughan of Spencer, age 33. He is accused of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl at a home in Lake Hallie in April. The girl told investigators she was taking a shower when Vaughan entered the bathroom and touched her breast and butt.

Vaughan is charged with two felonies that could carry a prison sentence of 120 years. He is due back in court on July 23.
