Houston Texans and Peoria OL native Kendrick Green held his annual “Camp 53”

Peoria native and Houston Texans Kendrick Green was back in Peoria this past weekend for his fourth annual summer youth camp; “Camp 53.”

Green was part of the 2016 Peoria High 5A state championship team and would later go on to play for Illinois for three seasons before declaring for the 2021 NFL Draft. Green spent his first two years with the Pittsburgh Steelers and has now been with the Texans for the past two seasons.

Green was also joined in camp by former Illini star Tony Adams, who now plays for the New York Jets.
