Former BC High teacher charged with child rape

BOSTON, June 5, 2024 – A Suffolk County grand jury has indicted a Jesuit priest and former Boston College High School teacher on charges of raping a student at the school between 2008 and 2009, Suffolk District Attorney Kevin Hayden announced.

KEVIN WHITE, 62, of Weston will be arraigned in Suffolk Superior Court on June 27 on charges of rape and child molestation. White, who lived outside Massachusetts from 2010 to 2021, was arraigned Friday. White was a theology teacher at the school.

“All teachers and all religious officials are persons of authority and have a professional and moral obligation to always exercise that authority properly and appropriately. Our office will provide ongoing support to this former student as this case progresses,” Hayden said.
