Firefighter arrested at St. Charles fire station during anti-human trafficking raid

According to court documents, Allen Gacki contacted an undercover agent posing as a sex worker and attempted to arrange a meeting for sex at the firehouse.

St. Charles County, Missouri – A Central County Fire and Rescue firefighter was arrested last month as part of an undercover operation against human trafficking at a fire station.

Allen Gacki, 53, of O’Fallon, Missouri, was arrested May 16 as part of an undercover operation by St. Charles police. Prosecutors charged him last week with misdemeanor charges of solicitation of prostitution and attempted trafficking in controlled substances.

Police conducted the undercover operation as part of their ongoing anti-human trafficking initiative.

According to a probable cause statement, Gacki texted an undercover officer asking about the price of “full service,” a euphemism for sexual intercourse. The officer responded, and Gacki suggested they meet for sex at the fire station where he worked.

During a recorded phone conversation between Gacki and the officer, Gacki told the officer he had extended-release Vyvanse, a Schedule II narcotic, police said. The drug is used to treat ADHD and binge eating disorders.

Gacki said he was currently at work and asked the officer to meet him at the station. In exchange for sexual services, he was willing to pay the officer, police said.

Gacki “expressed his concern to the undercover investigator if he were caught engaging in this behavior,” the statement on probable cause said.

The undercover agent met Gacki at the police station, where he was arrested. The police found one capsule each of Vyvanse and Mylan in his possession.

According to the documents, Gacki admitted to police that he had agreed to pay for sex and that he possessed Vyvanse.

He was released from prison after appearing in court on July 26.

An email sent Monday evening to Central County Fire and Emergency Services Chief John Schneider did not receive an immediate response.

Central County Fire and Rescue, based in St. Peters, has six fire stations serving approximately 90,000 residents in a 73-square-mile area.
