Police: Man banned from library after incident, but no charges filed

The director of the Patrick Henry Library, 101 Maple Ave., E., requested that Vienna police deny access to the library to a man who had allegedly threatened him and behaved inappropriately toward other library users at 12:44 p.m. on May 23.

The man left the library before officers arrived. An officer found the man in the area and informed him of the trespassing charge and that he could be arrested if he returned to the premises.
