Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Tickets: Cost and Schedule for 2025 Event at NRG Stadium

Twenty days of rodeo? Everything is really bigger in Texas.

The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo returns in March 2025 to host one of the biggest events of the year. The competition is held over five rounds spread over three weeks. As a result, more than two million people flock to NRG Stadium to watch the competition and much more.

In a tournament-style competition, riders will showcase their skills in bareback riding, bull riding, saddle bronc riding, bull wrestling, roping, team roping, women’s barrel racing and breakaway roping. This is a PRCA NFR event, meaning a winner’s winnings count toward their ranking and qualification for the National Finals Rodeo at the end of the year.

But there’s more to the rodeo than just the event. The event includes parades, a 10K race, a barbecue contest, concerts and more.

Season tickets for the rodeo officially go on sale August 1, but individual day passes are already available on StubHub.

Admission to the competition costs at least $45, but prices vary by seat, allowing spectators to spend more for a closer view.
