Des Moines police are searching for a man who is believed to be armed and dangerous. Masio Andrew Vangenderen, 20, has a warrant out for second-degree robbery. Police say he robbed someone at Martin Luther King Jr. Park on Wednesday, July 24. The victim told police he was attacked and the person stole his gun.
