Woman sexually harassed in Brighton Marina

Obaidullah Walizada was in the underpass of the Brighton Marina car park when he spotted the woman on the bicycle.

As she stopped her bicycle and dismounted, Walizada approached her, forcibly grabbed her from behind and walked away.

The attack occurred on June 22 at around 1:15 p.m.

Walizada was arrested shortly afterwards and taken into custody.

The 33-year-old, who has no fixed address, appeared before Brighton Magistrates Court on 24 June and was taken into custody and is awaiting the verdict on 15 July.
