Minutes after that call, police received another call from the Walmart security team on Highway 54.

“Three separate customers reported feeling like they were inappropriately touched by an individual in their store while they were shopping,” said Peachtree City Police Lt. Chris Hyatt.

Four women reported being raped that day.

Investigators said Channel 2’s Veronica Griffin it was all done by the same man, Isaiah Jamal Phillips, 28, of Fayetteville.

Police say his actions were caught on surveillance cameras at both stores.

“In some parts of the video, you can see that he also uses his hands to rub the backs of these individuals,” Hyatt said.

The video, along with cooperation from stores and assistance from neighboring police departments, resulted in Phillips’ arrest less than 24 hours after the incidents were reported.

Phillips was booked into the Fayette County Jail and charged with seven counts of sexual assault.
