Woman killed in apparent domestic violence in Philadelphia, man arrested – NBC10 Philadelphia

A man is in custody after a woman died apparently from blunt force trauma in Philadelphia on Saturday morning, police said.

According to police, officers responded to a radio call about a medical emergency in the 1400 block of Willington Street around 4:04 a.m.

According to police, when officers arrived they found a 20-year-old woman on the second floor who was obviously suffering from blunt force trauma.

According to police, paramedics found the woman dead at the scene at 4:12 a.m. According to the investigation, it was a domestic homicide.

A 22-year-old man was arrested and charges are pending, police said.
