Man injured by gunfire following large fight

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Buffalo police say they are investigating a shooting that injured a man involved in a large fight near Main Street and Custer Street.

Officers from the Northeast District responded to the call shortly after 3 a.m. Sunday morning. Detectives say a 24-year-old man was struck by gunfire during a fight and is currently being treated for injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening.
