“Law & Order” actress Zoe Lister-Jones says Noth behaved “sexually inappropriately” towards her and was “drunk on set”

law and order US actress Zoe Lister-Jones accused Chris Noth of sexually inappropriate behavior, just hours after two women publicly alleged that Noth had sexually harassed them.

Lister-Jones posted an Instagram story last night in which she said Noth “came close to me, sniffed my neck and whispered, ‘You smell good'” between takes on the set of law and order when she accused him of “consistently engaging in sexually inappropriate behavior toward another female promoter” at a nightclub he co-owned.

Noth gained worldwide fame through his role as Mr. Big in Sex and the City and was killed in the first episode of the HBO Max reboot And just like that.

“Last week my friend asked me how I felt about Mr. Big’s death and I honestly said I was relieved,” wrote Lister-Jones, who also starred in the CBS series “The Last Man.” Life in pieces And New girl.

“He asked why, and I told him I couldn’t separate the actor from the man, and the man was a sex offender. My friend was disturbed by my choice of words, and to be honest, so was I. I hadn’t thought about this man for many years, and yet there was a masculinity in my language that came from somewhere deep and hidden.”

Lister Jones said her “experiences are small compared to the accounts of assault that are so bravely shared today, but dealing with sexual harassment at any level is a burden that all women must bear.”

Her accusations came hours after a Hollywood Reporter Article that contained allegations of sexual assault a decade after Noth was accused by two women, both of whom remained anonymous and contacted the magazine separately, according to THR.

One woman said Noth raped her and the other accused him of putting his penis in her mouth.

As of yesterday afternoon, Los Angeles police said they were not actively investigating the allegations.

Noth, who is represented by A3 Artists Agency, has denied both allegations, saying: “The allegations against me made by people I met years, even decades ago, are categorically false. These stories could have been from 30 years ago or 30 days ago – no always means no – I did not cross that line.

“The encounters were consensual. It’s difficult not to question the timing of these stories coming to light. I don’t know exactly why they’re surfacing now, but I do know one thing: I did not assault these women.”

Deadline has reached out to Noth’s representative regarding Lister-Jones’s specific allegations.
