Three dead and five injured in Russian attack in Ukrainian region of Donetsk

Three people were killed and five injured by Russian artillery fire in the village of Ulakly in the eastern Ukrainian region of Donetsk, local governor Vadym Filashkin said on Saturday.

The village was hit by cluster munitions, he said via the messaging app Telegram. Filashkin said administrative buildings, a private house, a shop and eight cars were damaged.
