Man dead after shooting on East Holmes Road, police say

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Memphis police are investigating a shooting that left one man dead.

At around 4:08 p.m., officers responded to a 911 call about a shooting on East Holmes Road near Tulane.

When police arrived, they found that a man had been shot.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
