Garland, Texas: Man killed in fatal car crash identified

GARLAND, Texas – A man was killed in a motorcycle crash in Garland on Saturday, police said.

A Garland Police press release reported a single-vehicle motorcycle crash in the westbound lanes of Interstate 30 near Rosehill Road around 3 a.m. Saturday.

The victim was later identified as 31-year-old Drew Alexander West. He was pronounced dead at the scene, but no one else was injured, police said.

The Garland Police Department’s traffic unit is investigating the accident, police said.
