Police investigate hate-motivated incident in Woolwich Township

Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a hate incident in Woolwich Township.

On Saturday, just after noon, a group of teenagers stole a gay pride flag from a home in the area of ​​Arthur St. South and South St.

The youths also damaged property in the house before leaving the flag a short distance away.

The police are searching for the young people, who are believed to be a group of up to seven men and women aged 16 and 17.
