Omaha police investigate shooting with injured man

Omaha police responded to a shooting Saturday afternoon that left one man injured, authorities said.

A police spokesman said officers were called to the 402 Smoke Shop near 108th and Emmet Streets around 4 p.m.

Omaha police are investigating the scene of a shooting at 402 Smoke Shop at 108th and Emmet Streets in Omaha on Saturday.

Investigators found a man with a gunshot wound. He was taken to Creighton University Medical Center-Bergan Mercy while cardiopulmonary resuscitation is being performed.

No information about the man’s condition was given until Saturday evening.
