We’ll have a few showers heading into work this morning in Atlanta with a 30% chance of precipitation. These morning showers will turn into isolated thunderstorms in the afternoon. By 6pm the rain will have cleared and the evening will be dry.

Another round of showers and thunderstorms is expected to move into northwest Georgia around 3 a.m. Thursday morning and continue southeast into the Atlanta metropolitan area, where you’ll be commuting Thursday morning.

Dry track from Thursday afternoon to Saturday

Drier air will move into northern Georgia on Thursday afternoon, bringing plenty of sunshine and lower humidity on Friday and Saturday.
