Storms possible in Houston over the weekend

This is shaping up to be a great Friday night! Expect to have mostly cloudy skies with temperatures in the 80s and 70s. The wind will be from the SE at around 5 mph. Our overnight low temperature is 76.

Saturday forecast:

A new round of showers and thunderstorms is expected on Saturday. Some of these storms can become strong or even violent, so it is important that you have a way to obtain weather information. The time appears to be between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., but there is only a 30% chance in Southeast Texas. If you don’t see the storms, you’ll just notice the summer heat. It will definitely be June 1st!
