Turkish President Erdogan says: “The spirit of the United Nations is dead in Gaza”

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan sharply criticized the United Nations on Wednesday following the recent deadly Israeli attacks in the southern Gaza city of Rafah.

“The UN cannot even protect its own staff. What are you waiting for to act? The spirit of the United Nations is dead in Gaza,” Erdogan told members of his AKP party.
