SACRAMENTO COUNTY, CA (May 24, 2024) – Three people were injured in a car crash on Latrobe Road on Wednesday evening.

According to the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District, the incident occurred on May 22 at around 8:45 p.m. For reasons still under investigation, an unknown number of vehicles collided near Scott Road.

An ambulance took two victims to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The third victim was reportedly flown out by helicopter. Authorities did not release the names or conditions of the victims.

The California Highway Patrol continues to investigate the cause of the accident. Officials will release more information as it becomes available.
