After accident in Sunrise Beach, man flown to University Hospital – News/Talk KRMS

At least one person was injured in a traffic accident in the 700 block of American Legion Drive in the Sunrise Beach area early this afternoon (July 22, 2024).

Sunrise Beach firefighters and other emergency responders arrived at the scene and discovered a person trapped in the vehicle. The unidentified patient was extricated and transported by Lake West Ambulance to the Sunrise Beach Fire Station, where he or she was flown to University Hospital.

KRMS News has reached out to Sunrise Beach Police for any additional details available, but no response was received as of this afternoon.
