One dead in San Francisco shooting, investigation ongoing – NBC Bay Area

Investigators are trying to determine what led to a shooting in San Francisco on Friday night.

According to officials, when officers arrived, they found a victim with a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to the hospital where he later died.

On Friday, around 7 p.m., shots were fired near the intersection of Mission Street and 8th Street.

Currently, one person has been arrested in connection with the shooting.
