Ongoing investigation into the shooting at Lake Pueblo State Park

(PUEBLO, Colorado) – Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) announced that an investigation is underway into a shooting that occurred in the Sailboard Beach area of ​​Lake Pueblo State Park on the morning of Friday, June 21.

At approximately 2:50 a.m. on Friday, CPW posted on X that officers were investigating a shooting in the Sailboard Beach area and that the beach area was currently closed.
