Man with baby face tattooed on his head wanted for fraud

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man wanted in connection with a fraud investigation should be relatively easy to recognize: He has a baby’s face tattooed on both sides of his head.

According to police, the man made a fraudulent purchase at a store on North Chester Avenue. He is described as white, 30 to 40 years old, between 5’8 and 6’3″ tall, 200 pounds, bald and wearing glasses.

And he has these distinctive tattoos.
