Pittsburgh police search for missing, at-risk teen in need of medical attention – WPXI

Layne is described as 5’1″ tall and 130 pounds. She had brown hair and brown eyes. Her current clothing description is unknown, but she may have been carrying a white shopping bag.

According to police, she spent a lot of time in Pittsburgh’s Allentown district and around Mount Oliver Street.
