Police investigate alleged sexual assault in Cambridge

Authorities are investigating the alleged sexual assault of a homeless woman early Tuesday morning.

According to Cambridge police, an adult female victim reported that she was talking to three people in the 200 block of Franklin Street at around 12:20 a.m. and could not remember what happened.

The victim reported waking up in a parking lot in Central Square after being attacked. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital.
