DISTRICT HEIGHTS, Maryland – Police are investigating a fatal triple shooting Monday afternoon in District Heights.

When officers arrived on the scene, they found three people who had all been shot.

No information has been released about the suspect. There is no information about a possible motive or what may have happened in the moments before the shooting.

That shooting occurred the same day that police announced the death of a 14-year-old girl who was shot in another triple shooting on May 31 in District Heights. Khamya Ferrell was shot along with two other people at the Woodland Springs Apartments on Atwood Street, less than two miles from the Marlboro Pike shooting.
