NYPD: Woman raped and robbed at knifepoint in Queens

NEW YORKPolice are searching for a man who allegedly raped and robbed a woman in Queens last month.

According to authorities, the suspect approached a 37-year-old woman at a commercial building near 162nd Street and Northern Boulevard around 10 p.m. on May 30.

The man allegedly showed a knife and sexually assaulted the woman before stealing an unknown amount of cash and property from the victim and fleeing on foot in an unknown direction.

The victim was taken to New York-Presbyterian Queens in stable condition.

The suspect was last seen wearing a green hoodie, a black face mask, a shoulder bag across his chest, tan pants and white sneakers.
