Man sentenced for kidnapping and raping Ontario County high school student in 2022

Canandaigua, NY – The man who kidnapped and raped an Ontario County high school student in June 2022 was sentenced Friday.

Alexander Kise, now 21, must serve a 35-year prison sentence and register as a sex offender after his release.

Kise, who sexually assaulted, injured and threatened his victim while holding her captive for two days, was found guilty of two counts of first-degree rape, two counts of third-degree rape, three counts of false imprisonment, two counts of menacing and two counts of illegal possession of a firearm.

He was indicted last month for allegedly trying to hire a hitman to kill the judge, prosecutor and a witness in his case. He is still awaiting trial for the alleged assassination.
