Two students killed in bicycle accident in Gachibowli

Two students were killed in a road accident on Friday afternoon when their bicycle hit a guardrail in Gachibowli.

The deceased Nachireddy Naveen, 22, and Mullapudi Harish Chowdary, 22, were travelling on a two-wheeler from Gowlidoddi to Gachibowli. About 200 metres from the Wipro office, they lost control of their motorcycle and hit the front divider.

They were immediately taken to a nearby private hospital, where the doctor on duty pronounced them dead.

Gachibowli police have filed a case under Section 304A (death due to negligence) and further investigation into the case is underway.
