Bravo clears Andy Cohen of drug and sexual assault allegations

Andy Cohen was clarified by Bravo after former Real Housewives Leah McSweeney And Brandi Glanville made allegations of sexual harassment and drug abuse against him.

A spokesman for the network said this deadline on Thursday, May 9, that the allegations made by Glanville, 51, and McSweeney, 41, against Cohen, 55, were “unfounded.”

“The external investigation into Brandi Glanville and Leah McSweeney’s recent allegations against Andy Cohen is now complete and the allegations have been found to be without merit,” the Bravo spokesperson told the outlet.

The first accusation was made by Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Glanville, who sent a letter through her lawyers to NBCUniversal, Shed Media and Shed’s parent company Warner Bros. Discovery in February. The letter detailed Glanville’s claims about an alleged video Cohen sent her that depicted him drunk and claiming he wanted to “sleep with another Bravo star” while “thinking about her.”

Although Cohen confirmed the video and apologized for the “joke” in a statement shared via X later that day, an investigation into the incident was launched.

Cohen received a second blow later that month when Real Housewives of New York City Alum McSweeney filed a lawsuit claiming that Cohen “rewards housewives with whom he uses cocaine with more favorable treatment and processing.”

The lawsuit also states: “Cohen intentionally uses cocaine with his employees to further promote a work culture that thrives on drug and alcohol abuse, which results in the disregard of employees with disabilities and those attempting to remain drug-free .”

A representative for Cohen denied the allegations at the time The Hollywood Reporter that they were “completely wrong.”

Given McSweeney’s record, several housewives came to Cohen’s defense, including RHOBH alum Lisa Vanderpump.

“Nobody gets a good cut on this show, that’s for sure,” Vanderpump, 63, said TMZ on March 2nd. “And Andy drinks coke?
