Three people injured, one seriously, in boating accident off Chatham

CHATHAN – Three people were injured, one seriously, in a boating accident off Chatham late Monday night. The U.S. Coast Guard transported the victims to the Chatham Harbormaster’s office. An ambulance transported the critically injured victim to Chatham Municipal Airport, where he met a MedFlight helicopter that was flown to a trauma center off Cape Cod. The other two victims were taken to Cape Cod Hospital. Additional details were not immediately available.
