Hip-hop producer Irv Gotti sued for alleged sexual assault and assault by ex-girlfriend

The lawsuit alleges that Gotti, 54, sexually assaulted and abused the woman on multiple occasions between 2020 and 2022.

Irv Gotti, founder of Murder Inc. Records and successful music producer, is being sued by an ex-partner for alleged sexual assault and battery. The lawsuit alleges that Gotti, 54, sexually harassed and abused the woman on multiple occasions between 2020 and 2022 in Saint Martin, Miami and Atlanta.

According to the lawsuit, Gotti forced the woman to have sex with him and threatened to send her home if she did not cooperate. The lawsuit also alleges that during their alleged two-year relationship, Gotti “demanded” sexual acts from the woman and forced her to perform oral sex in an elevator and an Uber.

The woman’s lawyer, Adriana Alcalde, told Rolling Stone that her client had suffered a lot and that the #MeToo movement had given her the courage to speak out about her experiences. Gotti denied any wrongdoing, and his representative called the allegations “baseless” and said he would address them in court.

The trial is to take place before a jury; the date for the hearing has not yet been set.
