Johnstown man lied about his age and raped teenager four times

CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) – A Johnstown man is facing multiple counts of rape after police say he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl.

Jaylon Crum, 18, is charged with four counts of rape by force after the victim provided information about four alleged incidents in June. The victim’s mother told police Crum lied about his age, telling the teen he was 17 when he was actually 18, the indictment states.

The victim told police that Crum sexually assaulted her on June 11, 12, 25 and 28. She was also told that Crum took videos of them having sexual intercourse and shared those videos in a group chat and posted them on social media, police said in the indictment.

She then told police that Crum had allegedly forced her to have sexual intercourse several times on those days.

When questioned by police, Crum allegedly admitted to having sexual intercourse with the victim. He told police he recorded the sexual intercourse with her at least once, the indictment states. Crum also claimed the victim wanted him to film her.

Crum is said to have told police that he had sexual intercourse with the teenager only once in the basement of his residence and once on a walking path.
