Diddy’s rape accuser wants to move her lawsuit to a new state after finding more evidence

As Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s feud dominated headlines for weeks, Diddy New was silent or almost non-existent. But that doesn’t mean the rap mogul isn’t still in big trouble. He is still dealing with the federal investigation into sex trafficking allegations. At the same time, he is facing numerous lawsuits accusing him of decades of bad behavior in the past. Among the most serious is the allegation of rape of a 16-year-old girl in 1990. Now this particular case is seeing some new developments as it is expected to be moved from New York to New Jersey.

This new information adds context to the plaintiff’s claims and clarifies the timeline. The first and second witnesses have photographs of the plaintiff and defendant Aaron Hall from the day of the assault, taken several hours before he raped the plaintiff. “The first and second witnesses also confirmed that the 16-year-old plaintiff was assaulted at the MCA event in New York City, went to dinner in New York City, and then was taken to New Jersey, where the rape occurred,” it says It is reported in the letter that it is unclear how this change will affect the trial schedule of the case.

Diddy’s rape allegation is being refiled in New Jersey

The one person who hasn’t stopped posting and talking about Diddy won’t surprise anyone. 50 Cent was one of the first to publicly lash out at the rap mogul when he was first sued by Cassie last year. And he hasn’t let up since he wrote his last post over the weekend.
