The Bharatiya Akhara Parishad (ABAP), the highest decision-making body of the ancient Hindu monastic orders, is preparing to “black sheep” among saints, after the Hathras massacre, in which over 120 lives And over 300 injured.



In an interview with the news agency IANS, the President of Akhara Parishad Mahant Ravindra Puri said: “ABAP has convened a meeting here on July 17 and 18 to discuss preparations for the upcoming major religious fair of Mahakumbh2025. At the meeting, the body also plans to issue guidelines and may even present a list of false saints and seers.”
