Louisville police arrest man accused of raping two underage girls

LOUISVILLE, Kentucky (WDRB) — Louisville Metro Police arrested a man accused of raping two underage girls Wednesday morning.

There is a long list of charges against 35-year-old Eduardo Mansilla-Torrez, including several cases of rape, sodomy and sexual abuse.

According to an arrest warrant, the victims are 11 and 12 years old.

According to police, the victims told investigators that the crimes occurred multiple times over several years.

Mansilla-Torrez is being held at Metro Corrections in downtown Louisville. His arraignment in court is scheduled for Thursday morning.
