Third person arrested in Southland Park shooting

ROCK HILL, SC (WBTV) – A third person has been arrested in connection with the shooting at the Southland Park Neighborhood Block Party that left two people dead and two others injured on June 1.

Rock Hill Police, the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office and state law enforcement worked together to arrest 24-year-old Tyquarious Queoveon Davis on June 14. He was charged with aiding and abetting murder for allegedly being involved in the events that led to the death of Montest Mincey.

Days after the shooting, police identified 19-year-old D’markieoun Ji’shae Clyburn and 18-year-old Quantrel Jaheim Barrino as suspects.

Two others were injured.

A police hotline has been set up for anyone who attended the street festival or has information about the shooting. Tips can be submitted anonymously by calling 803-325-2678.
