Toddler apparently died by drowning in pool of house in Brockton

BROCKTON, MA — Police are investigating after a 2-year-old boy drowned in an above-ground pool in Brockton Saturday morning, according to multiple reports citing prosecutors.

The drowning accident was reported at a home on Ardsley Circle around 9:15 a.m. The boy was later taken to the hospital and pronounced dead, WCVB and MassLive reported.
