Moped rider injured in accident: Manchester Police

A South Windsor man was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries after an accident involving his moped on Sunday evening, Manchester police said.



MANCHESTER, CT — A 30-year-old South Windsor man was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries after an accident involving his moped Sunday evening, according to a news release from Manchester police.

Shortly after 10 p.m., officers arrived at the accident in the area of ​​120 Slater Street.

A 20-year-old man from Manchester collided with the moped, police said. He remained at the scene of the accident and cooperated with investigators.

The moped driver was taken to a nearby accident and emergency hospital.
