BARTLETT, Ill. (WLS) – Due to a “pedestrian incident,” Metra said significant delays to commuter service are expected Thursday morning.

At around 5:30 a.m., the company announced that train #2202 would not run past Bartlett due to a pedestrian accident.

The details of the incident were not immediately known.

Metra said trains would accommodate 2204, 2206 and 2208 passengers.

Passengers should expect significant delays near Bartlett.
