New Mexico police are searching for a missing elderly woman

NEW MEXICO (KAMR/KCIT) – New Mexico State Police have issued a Silver Alert for Betsy Koike, 82, of McKinley County.

According to police, Koike was described as an 82-year-old woman, 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 176 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair. She was last seen at her apartment on Viro Circle in Gallup, New Mexico on May 11 at approximately 1 p.m. Koike was last seen wearing a red sweater and blue pants. Your direction of travel is unknown.

The police believe Betsy Koike is missing and in danger. NMSP asked anyone with information to call 505-865-9130 or dial 911 to help with the search.
